1. Interpretation

9. Cow Adoption Policy

A user may adopt a cow from the Company for lifetime, one year, or one month by making a contribution as per the norms shown on the Website. This contribution does not confer ownership; the cow shall remain the property of the Company. The Company will provide updates regarding the status of the cow and offer access to a priest available at the Gaushala for worship. The user is not entitled to take the cow outside the Gaushala.

10. Termination / Access Restriction

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Website and related services, in whole or in part, at any time, without notice.

11. Governing Law

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts-of-law rules, shall govern these Terms and your use of the Service. Your use of the application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

12. No Partnership

Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as constituting a partnership or a joint venture between the Company and you. You shall have no authority to bind the Company in any manner.

13. Intellectual Property
