Terms and Conditions for Payment Gateway

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online payment gateway services provided by Shri Devraha Baba Gauseva Sansthan Trust ("we", "our", "us") for accepting donations and payments. By accessing or using this service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Payment Methods

• Accepted Payment Methods: Donations and payments may be made through credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Voluntary Donations: All payments made through the payment gateway are voluntary donations.
• Non-Refundable: Donations are strictly non-refundable. Please ensure accuracy before proceeding with the donation.
• Non-Partnership: Any donation made does not create any partnership, trust, membership, or ownership rights in respect of the assets of Shri Devraha Baba Sansthan Gaurseva Trust.

3. Transaction Process

• Secure Processing: All transactions are processed securely using Razorpay Payment Gateway to protect your personal and financial information.
• Confirmation: A confirmation email/receipt will be sent upon successful completion of the transaction.

• Data Protection: We are committed to safeguarding your privacy. All personal and financial information will remain confidential and will be used solely for processing donations and issuing receipts.
• Third-Party Services: Payments may be processed through third-party service providers, which are subject to their respective privacy policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

• No Liability: Shri Devraha Baba Gauseva Sansthan Trust shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the payment gateway.
• Error Handling: In case of errors or technical issues during a transaction, please contact us immediately for resolution.

6. User Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: Donors must provide complete and accurate details during the donation process.
• Compliance: Donors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the payment gateway.

7. Amendments

• Changes to Terms: Shri Devraha Baba Gauseva Sansthan Trust reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
• Notification: Donors will be informed of any material changes via email or announcements on our website.

9. Guardian’s Offering (Sponsorship Program)

• Minimum Contribution: The minimum monthly donation for guardianship is ₹4,900. Contributions may be made monthly, or at intervals of 3, 6, or 12 months, or even once every 5 years. A one-time lifetime sponsorship is also available.
• Purpose of Seva: Your offering ensures daily care of your cow, including nutritious food, clean shelter, and regular medical attention.
• Disclaimer: In the event of the cow’s passing, donations already made are non-refundable. Remaining funds will be allocated either to another cow under your guardianship or for the essential needs of the Gaushala.

Guardian Commitments

• Make regular donations for at least 3 months.
• Continue contributing the minimum monthly amount to maintain guardianship status.
• Understand that guardianship does not create ownership; all cows remain under the care of the Ashram.

Gaushala’s Commitments

• Provide regular updates on your cow’s wellbeing.
• Share recent photos/videos upon request.
• House your cow in a special “sponsor-only” area with extra care.
• Ensure regular veterinary checkups and a clean, loving environment.
• Perform a sacred cow puja once a month on Ekadashi, including prayers and sankalpa for all sponsors.
• Welcome sponsors to visit their cow at Shri Devraha Baba Ashram, Vrindavan.

10. Tax Benefits

• Eligibility: Donations may be eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, provided the non-profit organisation is registered under Section 80G/12A (or any other applicable provision).
• Receipts: Upon request, donors will be provided with a tax exemption receipt for their eligible donations.
• Disclaimer: Tax benefits are subject to the laws of India and may change from time to time. Donors are advised to consult their tax advisors regarding eligibility and claims.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the payment gateway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at Mathura.
